Every week, you will be given tasks – DON'T WORRY – They’re not meant to make your days even busier, but to support you – You’ll then discuss them briefly in tandem/small groups of two or three (moderated at the beginning/ continuous). Beforehand, you can find input (Moodle) explaining why these exercises should be done. What they can do for you.  And practical excercises after the discussion if you want (such as PMR or time for meditation).
