    Please answer the following questions in writing each day – briefly and honestly:

    Kindly make a daily note of your reflections — whether in TIO, PC; Tablet, on your smartphone, on paper, or in a physical journal. Ultimately, submitting a photo of your entry will be entirely acceptable.
