Summing up text for Zooanthropology Conference

Hello All,

I cannot be there for the final run-through this morning because I have a rehearsal, but if you see this before tomorrow I was wondering if you could provide feedback on my "summing up" sentences for the end of my presentation?

To sum up I was glad to share the music with the broader public and find that on the whole the music had a calming effect on people, partly due to the slow tempo and the low bass notes, but also because the curiosity that the image of whales ignites in people’s imaginations. I think that musical/artistic projects such as these are an opportunity to invite people to be with whales in their 3D sonic environment, fostering connection and healing, without having to even visit them in their natural habitat.

Maybe with this slide, if it is not too contradictory?

Thankyou in advance,

Abigail

Hey Abigail, we agree that sum up is nice, I think that this photo needs a bit of explanation and is a bit out of the context of the presented project - personally I would use a photo from the concert. Nils said that he like the photo and that in that way we get a look in the "field process".

Thankyou all for thinking with and helping me to finalise my presentation even while I wasn't there. It was a great experience to present in my first conference today and to see our programme getting such good recognition.
